Helpdesk - Call Management
Support calls can be logged by our 24 hour non-automated support line, meaning that when you call for support you speak immediately to a person and not a recorded message, or alternatively you can log your support call on-line via our Helpdesk portal. This enables you to navigate to your contracted site(s), view the equipment covered on each site, any calls logged historically, average fix times and more. We also offer a full sms or email service where you can receive text or email updates of the progress of your call, from call log to call clearance to as many recipients as required, once again ensuring that you are receiving the best level of service available.
This is why we use the term "Service Contract", not "Maintenance Contract" again putting us one step ahead of the rest.
